TERRIBLE!!..the manager screams at people and has his whole family working in the park.the roads are bad,they flood everytime it rains.all the homes in there are old and need fixing..nothing has been updated in 10yrs!!..DO NOT GO HERE!!..u will never be able to sell ur home..awful..ugh!
