Great event that was conducted the day we went, the whole hike was worth it!
Very clean room and very affordable price. Options are minimal in West Point however all expectations were met and service was over the top. Scale 1 out of 10 I would rank service and communication a "12"!!
10/10 experience! super chill 45 minute hike on fire trails from pantoll. something was wrong with the room we booked and west point inn went above and beyond to fix this issue and get us another room for our 2 night stay. also, innkeeper karl is amazing! we stayed in the ADA room for a night (because it was available for that night) and it’s the only room with electricity and warm water (but karl was super kind and let guests charge their phones in the innkeeper room). and then for the second night, we originally weren’t go... read more

West Point Inn has a very rustic and welcoming feel. The Innkeepers are awesome! Especially Kathy, Janice, Bob, Karl, Pat and David. There is a new Innkeeper Kathy who is awesome! All the Innkeepers are there to help you with vast amounts of really useful information. They are all very familiar with the numerous trails that stretch out all over Mount Tamalpais, they can make great recommendations for loop hikes, long hikes, short hikes and everything in-between.
