It has been over a year since purchase. Over a year!!! The subcontractors used in the actual LIVING in these homes are unreliable. The owner delays every aspect of setting this house up to be lived in. I suspect It is to force the homeownerTo find and pay differen subcontractors a second time just to be able to live in a home that they are paying a mortgage on, and also, which negates any warranty on the home. How is this guy still able to prey on desperate people?

I love the family feeling you get here. Very friendly family owned business. When we purchase a home it will definitely be from here!
