Swimming area is much too small and shallow The water barely got up to my knees. I was there once years ago and the swimming area was much bigger with a diving dock. Don’t know why is so small now
As this is shared by West Point Military Academy and the town of Highlands, this used to be private lands taken by eminent domain by the Federal government. It was improved by the DOD before the pandemic and has since reopened it hasn't been restored yet to the improved version it was. Please put back the docks and other equipment etc. Please continue to improve this area ty
