First impressions are critical. I was 10 minutes early, filled out the sign in slip without instruction because the receptionist wasn't at her desk. The staff was walking around doing whatever with a happy attitude. Around 15 mintues after signing in the receptionist asked if I had signed in. Great people
I love this clinic. I have used it for a few years now. They are all very nice and truly listen to your concerns. I feel like they all really care and do their best to help you. One time I pulled up right at their lunch hour and she (the doctor) let me go ahead and come in and treated me.
This place doesn't even deserve a whole star I give it a 0 Staff just sits behind the window and ignore you and gossip Not friendly at all
If I could give 0 stars I would was billed over $1200 for basic flu/cold testing with steroid shot. $700 out of pocket will never be back. Also was billed $400 for me and my son just to walk in the door.
