I brought my daughter in this morning . She was feeling miserable. Diana and staff took such great care of her. I would give them 10 stars if I could.
First impressions are critical. I was 10 minutes early, filled out the sign in slip without instruction because the receptionist wasn't at her desk. The staff was walking around doing whatever with a happy attitude. Around 15 mintues after signing in the receptionist asked if I had signed in. A half hour after my appointment time I was put in a room to wait there. I waited short of 15 minutes and walked out. I was respectful and arrived early, the doctor should give the same courtesy. Great people
I love this clinic. I have used it for a few years now. They are all very nice and truly listen to your concerns. I feel like they all really care and do their best to help you. One time I pulled up right at their lunch hour and she (the doctor) let me go ahead and come in and treated me.
