I had a horrible experience with WPFH. They were mostly unresponsive, lacked transparency and when they did respond, they were unhelpful and inconsistent. I hope there is some marked improvement because people stationed here deserve better.
I am writing to address the distressing situation at my home, 421 Bailey Loops # N, which was severely affected by a flood earlier this month. Unfortunately, the basement is still under construction, with the walls cut out about 3-4 feet from the ground. As a consequence of the flooding, the old concrete/brick walls in the basement, previously painted white, have peeled off, revealing the presence of black mold.
