Excellent service as always! I bought my first Vancouver bike at West Point 25 years ago and this is my go-to place for small and big bike stuff. Very friendly and expert crew. Special thanks today and this month to Dave, Eben, Chris, and technician Kevin at the West 10th location, who have helped me with a series of minor tweaks and major improvements.
