This is definitely the store to go in the area to for all of your biking needs. I called a few bike stores looking for a last minute assessment and tune up for a race on the weekend, another store laughed at me for leaving it too late however west point cycles said to bring the bike in for an assessment, that they'd do it on the spot, fix any minor issues and can then book in for a tune up at a later date. I had such an incredible experience at West Point Cycles - West 10th. Even though the shop was packed and I wasn’t a regular customer, the team still went out of their way to help me. They changed both my Shimano and Maap cleats—free of charge—squeezing it in between customers without any hesitation. On top of that, when my brand-new Maap shoes turned out to be faulty, they didn’t just brush me off. Took my bike in with a damaged front brake lever and front brake caliper that wasn't working well. I asked for advice on the most cost effective fix for both, and they talked me into replacing my front lever and bleeding the front caliper. This cost me $471 including extras to do the work. I took my bike for a ride after and the front caliper was still not working and now leaking. Quite happy with the service performed on my ebike from West Point cycles. Staff were all friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly explained the pricing and timeframe of the work needed. My bike works great now!
