Beth was super helpful! She fixed my bike seat (which is what I went in for) and more! She went above and beyond what I expected to get fixed. Thank you so much Beth! I haven't had such wonderful service at a bike shop before.
Great experience. I came in the day before the grab fondo with an issue with my front derailleur from when I shipped it out there. They were able to fix the problem and a few others before the day end. Super friendly staff and know their stuff. Highly recommend!!
Dave and the team a the greatest! We have a kid starting at UBC and we didn't get a bike for him in time for move in. We had it shipped to the shop and they built it up the day after it arrived! Now my kid gets to ride around beautiful Vancouver! THANKS AGAIN Dave and Jessie!
Recently visited mid-ride as my girlfriend’s gear shifter had locked up. Figured we’d drop in and see what they had to say. After flicking the gears back and forth for a couple minutes and no other testing, the tech concluded that an entire new shifter was required as a spring inside was irreparable. Repair was quoted at 300$ and we were asked to pay on the spot for an appointment for 2 weeks from the day.
