Just got my bike back from West Point Cycles after it was repaired after a jeep backed into it. The bike is working better than ever - and the service team is very friendly.
I paid $708 to replace my fork, but the replacement does not match the color of my bike. I was not called or informed in advance that the colors wouldn’t match, and I only discovered this when I came to pick it up. Now I’m being told there’s nothing that can be done, which is very frustrating.
Excellent service and very friendly staff. They went above and beyond to help me out. Would definitely recommend!
