Dave and Jake are incredible!!! West Point Cycles on West 10th has by far the best TREK customer service in Vancouver !!!
Have had consistently great service here. They even went above and beyond to paint over a chip in my paint!
Big shout out to Luke and the awesome crew at West 10th. I ran into an issue with a new tube I purchased, they made sure I got a new tube and made sure I was able to get some air after closing time. Top notch service, thank you so much.
