Had a problem with a tire valve on a ride. Dropped in and they fixed it in minutes, no waiting, at a super fair price. Great service. Friendly staff. Will be going back to buy new tires in a couple of months.
Rain helped me with getting clipless pedals and a bunch of upgrades for my road bike. As a beginner I had very little knowledge of how everything works and what’s the best option. Rain was so awesome and explained everything in detail and helped get me everything I needed!! I super recommend this shop, will definitely be back!
Excellent customer service! The staff made sure we were being helped as soon as we got in the door. The man at the service counter was very friendly and tuned my daughter’s bike up free of charge :) the place is busy but efficient. We will definitely come here again when the time comes
I have used this store a couple of times, really friendly and knowledgeable team, they are proactive with the care of my bike and I highly recommend them!
