West Point Cycles has been awesome to work with! I bought a Trek FX+1 from them last year - they were able to answer all of my questions about it, set me up for a good test ride on one. They performed my one-month service and my one-year service with absolute professionalism. During the 1-year service, I had them take care of a couple of warranty-able concerns that I had (an intermittently sticking brake caliper and a broken throttle) - they gave no push-back at all and fixed both concerns without friction.
