Hello, I have been trying to reach West Point Cycles Main St for 11 days now and there has been no response, by phone or email. Is this a legitimate business? If so, contact me. I paid a $2,000.00 deposit and no one is responding at all or actually ordering the bike. I would like my money back today so I can order instead from a shop that cares about customers. I paid the deposit in person but there has been zero follow-up despite promises made.
Came in to get a problem diagnosed and Mark was there to assist us. Super knowledgeable and helpful, dude is a stand up guy ! Great customer service and a lot of bike shops can tips from how to be great at your job yet be approachable and friendly. Thanks Mark !
Needed a new cassette for my SC Nomad and Marc at Main St Store was awesome getting me the right Sram XG-1275 Eagle Cassette and dialing in the derailer adjustment (which was far above my skills) for me on short notice! These guys know bikes and know how to really help customers! Thanks Marc!
