The staff at this location are very friendly and genuinely want you to learn something about bikes. I took my bike to have a trainer tire set up and the guy who swapped the tire refused to take any money from me because of how quick it was (the general rate is $15). I wish I got his name but I hope anyone who goes there has the pleasure of working with him.
WPC provided a standard bike service package recently. Friendly staff during drop off and pick up. The work order write up by Derek R was detailed and I am happy with his work. Bike is ready for spring riding. This is my second bike service by WPC and will continue to use their services. Thanks Andrew and Marc - Happy customer.
Had some bad luck over the last few weeks with my bike but these guys are great to deal with. Got me back on the saddle in no time. I will definitely be back for any cycling needs in the future. Cheers to all the staff!
Marc if you are reading this you are a legend. I just bought a bike off marketplace and I didn’t know if anything was wrong with it or if it needed a tuneup and I brought it in since I’m not very familiar with bikes Marc, who was the person who helped me was so incredibly helpful and taught me a lot about the bike.
