Needed a new cassette for my SC Nomad and Marc at Main St Store was awesome getting me the right Sram XG-1275 Eagle Cassette and dialing in the derailer adjustment (which was far above my skills) for me on short notice! These guys know bikes and know how to really help customers! Thanks Marc!

Randy was wonderful! Helpful and efficient and very amicable. He fixed my brake pad right away. I will certainly return.
I’ve taken my bike here twice and both times got excellent service. Most recently, my front hydraulic brake was sticking and the wheel wasn’t freely turning. They fixed this for free in a couple minutes and told me how to avoid the same issue the next time I have to remove my wheel. Unlike some other bike shops around town, everyone is friendly and not condescending. They don’t try and upsell you every time you go in and the ppl are very knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
The is extremely patient and knowledgeable. I would like to thank Andrew for taking the time to visually answer all my questions regarding my bicycle. I can in to repair my bicycle and I am extremely satisfied with the customer service from thr bike mechanic to the individuals behind the front desk.
