Great service and amazing staff—I highly recommend this shop! I stopped by about 30 minutes before closing because I was concerned about a creaking noise during my ride. Marc, the mechanic, was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful. He took the time to thoroughly diagnose the issue and explained that it was most likely just my new chain settling in. Just Purchased a bike for my son, they set it up let him try it out and adjusted everything to fit him and they delivered it. My son used that bike to ride the seawall for the first time, we were out riding for 5 hours. Thanks for the recommendations and my son is happy.

The West Point Cycle team was super helpful. I had questions regarding getting a kids bike seat on my bike. They helped me troubleshoot it over a number of days and ordered in extra parts. Ultimately my bike didn't work with the seat, but I was appreciative of all the help and knowledge from their team. Great group and much appreciated.
