West Point are the absolute best. You won't find more empathetic, attentive, and understanding service anywhere else. Special shout out to Andrew who always goes over and above. That said, the whole crew at West Point are fantastic. This isn't a 5/5 rating, this is a 100/5!

Hey guys, just wanted to leave a quick review and thank you for today. The team at West Point Cycles was incredibly welcoming and helpful from the moment I walked in. Everyone took the time to answer questions and make sure I was looked after without ever making things feel rushed or pressured. Not only is Marc very funny, but he has been so amazing and helpful! He always is able to fix every problem I have with my bike (and if a problem reoccurs) he has fixed it again without charging me! 5/5 would let marc fix my bike again LOL
Went in to inquire about a small bike repair on my TREK. Marc was instantly helpful and welcoming, even tho it was almost 5:00 closing time. He assessed the situation and gave me a quick cost for the repair. This is a bike shop who really cares about its customer service.
