I popped by just before they we're closing, expecting them to request for me to leave my bike overnight, but the very helpful and friendly guy behind the desk rallied to action and within minutes!! had my rear fender reattached and the chain lubed at no cost! Awesome friendly neighborhood store 💯
Would give six stars if I could. We have gone to other locations but no one will be as good as these guys. West Point cycles kerrisdale specifically, have staff that are very passionate about bicycles. It’s not just about doing the job or making money but it’s about supporting a way of life and everyone is so passionate and helpful. We came for a check up on my bike as the front wheel detached. The guy was very nice, friendly and helpful! He gave us honest and helpful suggestions!
I’ve bought some stuff here casually in the past but never gotten anything serviced, now I will go nowhere else. Took in a gifted bike for a tune up. Met Bob, awesome to chat with. Very no-nonsense, no surprises. Understood my goals with the tune up, gave me an estimate and a timeline. Bike was delivered a week earlier than expected. Rides like a charm.
