Dropped off my bike at the Kerrisdale location for some part upgrades and it was ready before the end of the same day. Great service!
Every time I go into the store, I am met with kind and friendly staff who really care to help. Whether it’s a quick thing with my tires or it’s a full bike repair, or just giving me peace of mind about my bike, they are great. Their prices are a good and I know that I am valued as a customer. Nolan in particular, along with Bob, have both been very good to us.

Not surprised they have bad reviews. Obviously lazy people who don't want to work. We even bought bike from them years ago and they said to bring it back in a month don't go there. Waste of your time.
