Had a great experience at West Point! Highly recommend! I had an appt scheduled for basic maintenance and while they were working on my vehicle, they informed me that I needed my tires replaced sooner rather than later. I had a road trip coming up and they made an effort to squeeze me in despite their busy schedule and I absolutely love my tires! I highly recommend West Point Auto! They were great to work with over the phone in scheduling our two vehicles with our busy schedules. I had not been to this garage previously and dare I say I may have found a new home. I will see them again for inspections for sure! Thank you guys for being so awesome.
Great auto repair place with reasonable prices. It’s difficult to find a good car repair company that won’t rip you off. I would not hesitate recommending this company for any car repair needs and also for tires. Recently, I had a problem with low tire pressure and called James. He was friendly and helpful. This shop is great! Gave me an honest and fair estimate, let me know when the cost was going to slightly go up (justifiably) and I still felt like I got a deal. Replaced all of the ball joints on my Wrangler and I had it back the same day.
Phew, the attitude of the guy answering the phone is intense. Maybe time to hire someone that's customer-centric and not a total jerk on the phone? Just maybe? Your stress levels shouldn't be communicated over the phone to prospective customers, that's for sure. No thanks. Update response to owner: yep, happened today at 1:53PM. I called your Greensburg location first, left a voicemail, figured I'd give Monroeville a call, won't make that mistake again.
