Rob and staff at West Point auto are so awesome! They go above and beyond to take care of my Subaru. Would recommend them for great service on any vehicle. The best!
I dropped my car off the evening before my scheduled appointment for an alignment and tire install. I had asked earlier in the day if there was a chance they could have it done earlier in the day due to my ride. They said they couldn’t promise anything. To my surprise they called me early this morning to say my car was finished. They hung around after I dropped it off to get it done for me. Talk about amazing customer service!! I had heard great things about them and now I can pass along the great experience I had as well!
Had wheels done last time for our Demon, they were brand new, not a single mark on them after getting mount balance on them, was done by a younger guy there, not Rob, the owner. This time? 2 lightly used wheels, some road nicks here and there, same vehicle, destroyed by their tire machine. Rob is super nice but should leave tire changing to someone else, he doesn’t have an eye for detail and now not only am I out 100 bucks for the job they did, but I’m going to have to pay to have them restored. Just recently got new tires for my Jeep and I am so glad I chose them! Rob was very kind & informative in helping me choose the right tires, as this was the first time I’ve bought tires on my own. The price was more than reasonable, he answered all of my questions, and went above and beyond. I would recommend them to anyone!! Thank you so much guys!
