I made an appointment for a mani. When i got there the nail tech. I had made the appointment with started right away, a moment later one of her regulars ( a very loud & rude woman, who didn't have an appointment) came in and my nail tech. had one of the others come over an do my mani. When i said i had a scheduled appointment she just said "I know, but she's my client." Completely unprofessional! I never visit this "salon" again!
I have been going to them for haircut the past 10 months. There was only one time the hair dresser showed up on time. Many times he was a no show until the staff called him when I got there. Haircut was ok but it seems he has trouble being there for his clients. Today I even called to confirm 1/2 hour before my appointment. The person on the phone said he knew and would be there. Minutes before my appointment, they called me back to cancel. I have had enough of this nonsense. Gonna find a new person to cut my hair!
