Had an xray done early this morning. Four missed called from them this afternoon and no messages. Called and the call center answered said they would relay a message. Two hours later and no return call. The service here has gone down even more lately. Changed appointments, no calls returned. Veterans deserve better!
If anyone talks to Harold at the clinic he is awesome!!! He won’t stop until you have answers and are taken care of!!! Harold rocks!!!
Though the staff is nice/cordial, getting real help is next to impossible. Since moving here and having to use this office, I've never had a referral to a specialist go through as it should. They wait until I finally call to say they haven't received anything. Then, after resubmitting paperwork for a referral, again, they wait to send it out. This office is the typical "maybe the vet will die before we have to spend anymore on them." They absolutely suck ass!!!
Received the most horrible experience with my father. Never have a I wrote a review but damn I'm going to now. When your father has been in so much pain, suffering, been to urgent care comes in with a attitude. Then she cut me off and started yelling at me in the office! I have never seen a more disrespectful doctor in my whole life!!! She is the most disrespectful person I have ever seen. Hateful and condensing!!!
I’ve never had an issue here and they’ve gone out of their way to make sure I’m taken care of. Thanks guys!
