Posey Patch was recommended to me so I called them from Georgia. They created a fabulous 'Your Special Day' birthday cake for my daughter who lives in West Plains. They included 60 flowers in the cake in honor of her 60th birthday. They also took my order for 2 dozen chocolate strawberries. I am extremely pleased at Jessica's handling of my order and the awesome job the company did. I would DEFINITELY recommend using Posey Patch.
I ordered the Garden of Serenity arrangement that was on the West Plains Posey Patch's website. I paid a total of 109.01 for the arrangement. I was disgusted when I walked in the funeral home and saw the arrangement. It was terrible! Looked nothing like what I had ordered. They put very few flowers and a cross in the center. It was suppose to have a statue of Jesus. Posey patch promised to return some of my money back onto my card I had used. They did not credit a dime back! I will never do buisiness with them again.
