I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but I feel I have no other option at this point. I am currently living at West Pine Lofts and have been dealing with ongoing harassment from a downstairs neighbor, including repeated wall banging and disturbances during normal daily activities. I have contacted the leasing office multiple times, sent numerous emails, and followed all instructions such as reaching out to security. Rented apartment for 3 nights through third party. Place is clean. Bed comfortable. Water faucets provide a very small stream of water in bathrooms and the worst in kitchen. One bathroom had no shampoo, etc in containers in shower. First night trying to enter with security code was very frustrating. Nice resident, young man helped us access the building and walked us to our apartment. We had called after hours number numerous times and never got an answer. Last night there was a shooting here, the second in 2 months. There are also multiple residents with illegal mufflers that wake up the whole building at all hours of the night revving their engines. This building has gone downhill- management is filling the building with low quality renters. Stay away at all costs if you need to get more than 3 hours of sleep per night.
