Probably one of the worst places you can rent from. You cannot get the office staff on the phone and they do not answer emails, you have to PHYSICALLY show up and stay in their face. Issues are rarely corrected in a timely fashion- I once went one week plus without AC and only got it fixed because I refused to leave the leasing office. Now that I have moved, they are trying to charge me a “carpet cleaning fee” even though the carpet was filthy when i arrived. DO NOT MOVE TO WEST PINE LOFTS. The property manager Leana Fitzgerald is one of the rudest people I’ve ever spoken to, and the building’s maintenance is abysmal. My dishwasher has been broken for over a month and filled with dirty water, filling the entire apartment with a rancid smell. My roommate and I have called maintenance about this issue many times, and each time we were told that we’d need to “wait for a part” to come in before they could fix anything. I would NOT recommend living here. I lived here for 1.5 years and we were constantly dealing with issues. Our shower would stop working and it would take over a week to get a hold of maintenance. The door handle and parking gates were always broken. We had a roach infestation in a clean apartment for months before management took it seriously. I’m not sure what kind of mental health issues the maintenance Marcus has, we have video of him throwing food and trash in front of our door, (he lives here too) and then he leaves it there because he is the person that is “suppose to clean it up” He also bumped into me one day almost knocking me down then yelled at me as if it was my fault.
