The service itself was pretty decent. The tech came a bit late but did call to let me know once it got close to the original eta that they were running a bit late which was appreciated. The big reason for the poor review was that I felt it was obscenely overpriced. The website had it listed with a price estimation of $85. I understand that driving a couple of miles and being there pretty quick can change the price, but that was not communicated prior to arrival.
