As a Temporary Worker here at west, this plant has alot of space, management in some cases is lenient and sometimes hard on workers but overall very understanding. Clean plant, great workers, amazing Hr staff, they really do take care of you. Always room for improvement but management overall is great. The facility is new and up to date and every year something gets added on. They are expanding fast. So they are always on the lookout for workers. Job is easy but it will be difficult if you have never done factory work before... read more
