I’ve been coming to this remedial massage clinic regularly since July and I absolutely love it. The therapists are professional, knowledgeable, and always tailor the treatment to my body’s needs. The receptionists are always kind and welcoming. I’m not confident speaking English, but they are always patient and really listen to what I want. I am shocked by the lack of communication this healthcare centre showed. Was on a “trial application” and was treated poorly, no formal communication was shown. I would travel 30-45 minutes for unpaid training, on my 3rd day being there for roughly 6 hours I was told I could leave, I sent a text to the manger expressing my gratitude for letting me come in as well as my availability. The first appointment wasn’t great, but the clinic handled it really well by offering me a complimentary follow-up consultation. I was very happy with the new appointment and appreciate the care and attention they showed.
I went for an appointment about knee and wrist pain. The physio was nice and took some notes, did a few basic tests and said the wrist issue was likely tendon inflammation. Suggested a thumb splint and ointment, which was ok. She mentioned she’d email me some exercises and review my knee MRI after I sent it through. I did but never heard back.
