Dr. West was exemplary. I had a 5 pm appointment that revealed an infection that put me at risk. Instead of suggesting another appointment he stayed after hours to make sure the tooth was extracted immediately....then called me that evening to make sure I was well. The next 6 months of treatment proved the practice to be not only professional and progressive but compassionate too. 100% recommend!
What a wonderful place, with wonderful people. I was faced with a bone graft for a later implant. Dr. Zeren was so comfortable to work with: calmly and reassuringly he guided me through the process. He then offically retired, but not a problem! Dr. West took over and it was seamless. Now I've got the implant and it is beautiful. Thanks to Drs. Zeren and West, to the dental assistants and office crew. You all made it so easy and smooth. I am grateful! Steve
Dr. West and Dr. Zdanowicz have the best bed side manner. Their patience and compassion put my 7 year old and myself at ease from the initial appointment to the surgery. Our treatment with Dr. West was more than excellent. My wife’s surgery was performed in a kind and caring way. The surgery was performed in an efficient and professional manner. The staff was courteous and helpful. The whole experience was as pleasant as possible. As an oral surgeon, Dr West is the best.
5 star kudos to Dr. West and his amazing team. I was referred as an emergency for a cracked tooth below a crown that had already been replaced. My symptoms were pain on chewing. Dr. West examined me within a week of the request for evaluation and addressed the problem that day. The tooth was extracted and a bone graft was placed in preparation for an implant.
