We recently lost our beautiful pug-Latte and we missed him terribly. Latte was very lucky to have a great vet like Stephen looking after him. Stephen is a very compassionate and caring vet and he has a fantastic team working with him. WPH veterinary hospital is a great place and we can truly recommend them to any pet owners who wants the best care for their pets. Stephen is the vet you can trust to look after them.
Their receptionist Terry is incredibly rude. told me I could pay upon pick up and rang me to request a large payment upfront- tried to claim that they do this for everyone yet if that was the case she wouldnt be telling me its fine to pay at the end and then changing this and feels like discrimination against their payment policy. She then in a very condescending way said “we’re trying to help you” when they clearly arent. Dr Stephen and the staff at the West Pennant Hills veterinary clinic are so caring and compassionate. Our beautiful feline fur family members, Coco 19 and Salem 17 were very well cared for and much loved pets. We will always be grateful for the staff commitment and dedication. The vets guided us with necessary and regular quality of life assessments. As difficult as it can be, when the time is right, it’s kind to request humane euthanasia and let our pets meet at the rainbow bridge.
