Booked a phone consultation, waited an hour and a half after the initial appointment time, called the practice three times and was told Dr Maleika Selwyn was running behind and on my third time following up was told they had my phone number wrong. Although I received a SMS and email confirmation with my correct phone number for the appointment. We visited Dr. Maleika Selwyn with our son, who returned from interstate with an illness. Dr. Maleika was highly professional, thoroughly investigating the issue and even contacting an interstate radiologist for additional details. She spent 30 to 45 minutes with us, offering clear guidance on next steps, which was incredibly helpful and likely prevented our son's condition from worsening. We are very greatful to Dr Maleika and highly recommend this clinic.
