I have been here couple times now. First few times it was good but since last 2 times I have been asked to wait for almost half hour to 45 minutes in the middle of the work day! Absolutely unacceptable. Meeting with Dr selywan. Not coming back.
My mother and I visited this medical centre for the first time this morning and had a wonderful experience. The receptionist was extremely helpful, friendly, and guided me and my mother through everything with patience and professionalism. Dr. Arun is an excellent doctor—very caring and attentive. I am also a patient at her other practice, and she has always been kind and approachable. Highly recommend this centre!
Dr. Ruth has been an amazing doctor for me and my family. She treats us like her own, always going above and beyond with genuine care. She's incredibly thorough, follows up and even called personally to send a prescription I needed via sms in between patients— all while fully booked! Great doctors and highly professional staff, in one of the best medical practices in this area. I've been patient of Dr Ruth for almost a decade and have seen most other doctors in this practice, I cannot speak highly enough of this medical practice. Very few remaining good medical practices in Sydney's northwest who bulk bill.
