Same company so you get this too, your company finally took a game console and living room TV since your Greensburg branch doesn't seem to believe the power flicks off and forcefully shuts everything off month after month after month and has no incentive to fix whatever weak link causes this, and why would this branch be ANY different? Can't get a copy of bill by calling. Stays in wait three hours, wait time. Needs a way to get a one time copy of bill. Using keypad. Instead of waiting for an operator. The automated service, doesn't comprehend any of my requests. And can't get into online website. To do any online management. Needs a default phone number. To fully reset failed account sign up.
Terrible, but what can we do. No one will answer the phone. I just called for the 3rd time and they say the wait time is greater than 3 hours and that is after they close. How to run a business like that?
Had terrible issues trying to get my electric service moved from temporary pole to my house which was being renovated. I could not get HVAC hooked up so work could not continue on the inside of the home until that was running. After almost 2 weeks of unreturned calls to the "scheduler" and emails back and forth to a customer service rep from First Energy who was trying to get someone from West Penn to contact me, I'm finally told they would do work on Wednesday. Wednesday came and went, then Thursday, then Friday. No contact... read more
Waited 2 hrs for a call back... they called back and no one on the other line.....4 hours later still no humans. Great customer service....jk
