Horrible company high prices Horrible customer service Horrible artificial intelligence and long wait times. They should be investigated and charged.if the corrupt local government won't do anything we should start a petition to get Penn Power investigated
Anytime you call with a issue , you got to wait on hold for over 2 hours , don't even offer a callback when someone's available . I also have an outside street light I pay them for and it's been out for 5 months , I've called multiple times about it , they finally did fix it but charged me 27.00 a month for 5 months the light didn't even work for . You used to be able to get through to customer service but not anymore . I don't know how many times I've called and been put on hold for hours listening to the same torturous mus... read more
