Power is constantly going out
Have had an outdoor light on my property that we pay for monthly that has not worked since April 3rd. West Penn is by far the worst company I’ve ever dealt with in my 72 years. They continue to lie to me about having this light repaired. Their customer service is awful and have terrible communication skills. I called their billing department to get reimbursed for the months I paid for a light that doesn’t work and was told they can’t reimburse me until the repair is complete, although they can’t tell me when it will ever be ... read more
Yoke yourself to West Penn power if you want to have multiple outages A WEEK. They should change their business model from electricity provider to clown college. Play to your strengths West Penn! I have the time to sit and write this review on my phone because I was going to vacuum the floors, but the power's out.
