Horrible Ive been on hold over 2 hrs trying to pay my bill. This is by far the worst company no online options terrible.
Worst customer service experience EVER..No one answers the phone and they don’t call you back when call back requested. Disgusted with them!! If I could give 0 stars that would about cover it because there is NO CUSTOMER Service. Yet, look at their profits.
I placed a call back number yesterday, and still no one has called me back!.I would like to pay my bill before its to late!!!!
Moved into new place, currently on week 2 of trying to get the power on. Can’t get in touch with anyone who knows anything or willing to help, everytime I call it’s atleast 2 hours on the phone and most of that is hold time
