It's laughable that West Penn Power has succeeded in achieving a one star rating for customer service. You strategically make it impossible for people to be able to contact you and you make it clear that you don't want them to reach a human being. For anyone who reads this, save yourself some time and say the word representative. Even that will get you more than an hour wait time for a call back but at least it's something. A little bread crumb. Shame on you for your avoidance tactics in customer service.
This company is the worst, customer service never answers and if they call you back seems like the hang up the phone purposely
I would give zero stars if I could. My bill changes wildly every month with no explanation and when I try and contact them the hold times are over an hour. It usually drops the fall before someone picks up. Forget about emailing them, they don't respond
Even in sunny days, the electricity can be gone for several hours, and this condition happens multiple times in a year.
