A bunch of rip offs over charge for electric I don't think they read the meters right or tamper with them so u pay more than u should spring time to summer run two window AC one window fan 4 standup fans Non-Stop the electric bill is normally around $200 this winter we only turn on two our baseboard heaters and two space heats all most 450$ at times u see a problem here and I keep the temperature around 65 in the winter

Same company so you get this too, your company finally took a game console and living room TV since your Greensburg branch doesn't seem to believe the power flicks off and forcefully shuts everything off month after month after month and has no incentive to fix whatever weak link causes this, and why would this branch be ANY different? Can't get a copy of bill by calling. Stays in wait three hours, wait time. Needs a way to get a one time copy of bill. Using keypad. Instead of waiting for an operator. The automated service, doesn't comprehend any of my requests. And can't get into online website. To do any online management. Needs a default phone number. To fully reset failed account sign up.
Terrible, but what can we do. No one will answer the phone. I just called for the 3rd time and they say the wait time is greater than 3 hours and that is after they close. How to run a business like that?
