We had a very negative, unprofessional experience with West Penn Painting - so much so that we had to file a complaint with the BBB - here is the text of the complaint -- Signed a contract with West Penn Painting (owner Tom McKee) to refinish stairs - a check for $1,280 was given to Mr. McKee as a deposit.
