Forced account through work. Can barely ever withdraw money, they won’t transfer funds to other banks. Card typically take over a month to come if they do come. Very bad customer service all around. Deserves zero stars

my family including myself has been with this bank for years. if you ever need a debit card ordered for any reason, expect it to take at least 2 months for it to come. i’ve been waiting on a debit card since July and i still don’t have one!! it’s ridiculous and i am now actively looking for a new bank!
Still no card after 9 weeks. Keep telling me systems are getting updated.. must have dial up. Ncua will be getting a call and fdic I'd my card doesn't arrive soon. Oh yeah silly me why send a card out when you can pay them 2 dollars to get money out everytime. Joke joke joke. It's definitely not good service to us working people that employ them.
