I’ve been a patient here for years. Every time I walk through those big wood doors (including yesterday), I always feel instantly welcomed. The young lady in the front is lovely. She helps me with everything and I don’t even have to ask her. When I go back to see the doctor and the new to me nurse practitioner, I feel heard and that means so much. this place was a literal nightmare. i had a 10:15 appointment and didn’t get called in till almost 11:30. the staff was rude and this place looks DIRTY. doctor was nice but overall it took 2 hours for a simple physical. and when i asked how much longer until i got called i was met with a nasty attitude and no real answer. this place overbooks their patients and has horrible customer service. can’t imagine having to wait that long while actually being sick. save yourself the trouble and find a different doctors office!!!

Service is so slow. No one communicates in telling how far in line you are.

Horrible customer service!!!! What do you hace a doctir if they won't see you. Have a negative Covid test from the hospital and the hospital advised me to see my primary care physician the next day. Primary Mary Vitale won't see me because "Im sick" really!!! That's the whole purpose of me wanting to see you. A BILLION TIMES I TOLD THEM IM COVID NEGATIVE!!!!! Staff is rude and unprofessional!
