I wouldn't really even give this hospital a star because when my friend was injured they gave her antibiotics she was allergic to and I had said she was allergic to any opiates and they gave her alot making her sick during her whole stay, this hospital needs a better system at listening instead of doing what they think is best.

I am so endlessly grateful for the staff at WPSHC, especially PA Shawn Murphy, Nurse Patrick, and the CT tech, Christy. While there was definitely a bit of a wait, this was expected especially with the long weekend. Despite my pain subsiding while we were there, the staff all took me seriously (which doesn’t happen as often as you’d think). They got me in for blood work and a CT and out of the hospital within 8 hours, which would’ve been unheard of had we been back home in Guelph. Thank you all for your care and support.

Great, friendly staff who promptly addressed the problem we arrived with. Sadly there are no walk in options in the area so the emerge is stuck dealing with everything. Yes, all hospitals are slow, but thier team did an excellent job to keep things moving. Keep up the great work!

Disappointing and enlightening. There are substantial issues with triage in this hospital. While we were called back by the triage nurse quickly, she was unable to take correct vitals. The blood pressure cuff was too small for my husband so instead of getting one the appropriate size, she just didn't take that vital or documented an incorrect reading (not sure which).
