Mr. LaManna and his staff are well-versed in integrity. They are honest with repairs and pricing. In addition, their repairs are performed PROPERLY. They take the time to EXPLAIN the work that needs to be completed. The business also offers loaner cars to customers while their repairs are being made. I am very fortunate that these wonderful mechanics are nearby in my very own neighborhood. Give them a try. You won't be disappointed.

After calling to get a quote for brakes for my daughter for her car, the owner said he would call me back to give me a correct quote...wanted to get it right...he ended up charging her $90 over the quote price...said he remembers giving the quote but couldn't find it....she was really looking for an honest mechanic to do service on her car....not going to happen at this establishment. I'm hoping the work he did is more reliable than the quote.
Fair priced professionals – I have been taking my cars to West Park Shell for some time now and refuse to go back to the dealer or other places for service. All of the staff are very professional, they are REAL mechanics, not someone who has worked on cars for a little bit. Their prices are very reasonable and work is done as promised. Great old fashioned honest value! I had an estimate from a dealership - West Park Shell beat it by $200 plus the manager drove me home and came back to pick me up when the car was ready. Excellent service, good old fashioned values! I will return there with all of my cars!
