I’m a current resident stuck in a lease, and this has been one of the worst living experiences I’ve had. The management is poor, and maintenance is incredibly lazy. The building is extremely outdated — it still runs on old buss fuses, and I’ve lost power multiple times because of it. There are no 3-prong in the whole building and had to get maintenance to replaced them. It feels way too unsafe and way behind for modern standards and the price of this building.
