Terrible. Valet crashed my truck into a column and it’s been a month with zero progress. They are zero help and the valet company is radio silent. I travel a lot for work and stay all over Florida and this is unacceptable.

We had a great stay at the West Palm Beach Marriott! The hotel was comfortable, reasonably priced, and in such a convenient location. We stayed here while attending the Miss America 2027 Competition, and it was perfect for everything we had planned. It was especially convenient being so close to both the convention center and the Kravis Center for the Performing Arts, which made getting to all of the Miss America events incredibly easy. A quick weekend getaway for my husband and I and happy we decided to stay at this property. Everyone was very friendly but there are couple that really stood out, Kela and Richard at the Evoq restaurant. We asked for Richard because he was so accommodating and friendly on our first day. And it was obvious why everyone was so nice the restaurant, it’s because the manager, Kela. She greeted us with a great smile and checked in while we were dining. My experience staying here was fine. However, I booked the room with points, and the hotel still charged my card in full, over $600. I've been going back and forth with them over a month, and they still haven't refunded my card. I've had to file disputes with Marriott HQ and my credit card to try and recover the funds.
