Fellow travelers: always review the bill carefully before checking out of this hotel. After my stay, I discovered a charge for a restaurant meal that I never ordered and never ate. When I tried to resolve it by calling the hotel, my first call was answered and then deliberately hung up on after sitting through a maze of automated options. Ok so the traffic in this area sucks, but that’s not their fault, that’s just West Palm. The rooms were clean, The food in the lobby restaurant was good And the staff was extremely friendly. Logan at the front desk Was friendly, helpful, and even recommended a couple of places to go fish and eat great food.. Logan was GREAT! Really made our stay

Visited for a nearby wedding. Nice clean rooms and amenities. Greet service and breakfast in the onsite restaurant as well. Very close to City Place shopping and dining as well.
