The staff was great, but the hotel is in need of an update. The rooms seemed old and not well maintained. It was very hot in the elevators and hallways. Not sure if that was an insulation problem or something else.

I will give you the good, the bad and the ugly. Start with the good. The staff is exceptionally professional kind and very helpful. The lobby was super clean and smelled real good. The style is a modern contemporary. They have beautiful hand painted art throughout the hotel. The rooms are minimalistic and spartan. Super comfortable king sized bed and pullout out sofa. The shower water was scolding hot for all three days. This was a serious hazard. It was so hot I could not possibly wash my hair because it burned my scalp. I had multiple extra charges on my debit card for purchases that I did not make. I went to use a wash by machine, put all of my clothes in the wash, added the liquid soap, put in the money to only find out the machine was broken. Customer service was awful. We had a random employee come into our room while everyone was in there with no warning or knock around 9 pm. Got 2 charges on the room and on our debit card for one meal and they wouldn’t change it without a receipt. Shower was broken and the water was scalding hot the entire time. No one answered the phones from the room and if they did they were rude. The hotel is very nice it’s a shame that all of this happened.
