Great place!
My family and I are patients and we never cancelled any appointments. Dental work was started and not completed. 2 times impressions were taken and we never received the guards. The front desk lady LORI IS VERY RUDE. IF SHE DOESN’T LIKE HER JOB GET A NEW ONE.
I came here 6 months ago for a cleaning the hygienist scheduled me for my next cleaning which was set to be for December 3rd at 4pm. I had it written down in my calendar for this date, their system never sent me a confirmation text or email never got a call from them to confirm. Somehow I magically disappeared off the schedule the rude front desk lady who helped me did not seem to care at all that they could not help me. She was very nonchalant about the situation and could not give an answer about why I was off the schedule... read more
