My family and I are patients and we never cancelled any appointments. Dental work was started and not completed. 2 times impressions were taken and we never received the guards. The front desk lady LORI IS VERY RUDE. IF SHE DOESN’T LIKE HER JOB GET A NEW ONE.

I came here 6 months ago for a cleaning the hygienist scheduled me for my next cleaning which was set to be for December 3rd at 4pm. I had it written down in my calendar for this date, their system never sent me a confirmation text or email never got a call from them to confirm. Somehow I magically disappeared off the schedule the rude front desk lady who helped me did not seem to care at all that they could not help me.
