RecommendedWest Ottawa sprinkling gave my sprinkler system a complete tune up including replaing sprinkler heads and reparing leaks. After 22 years of neglect it was greatly needed. They did a great job and I highly recommend them
I called West Ottawa Sprinkling earlier this week in order to set up a time to have them come out to my home to get my sprinklers started as I am in a new home and was not having any luck. The receptionist Mary was very helpful and helped me trouble shoot the issue over two days of pictures and phone calls and she was able to help me figure it out without having anyone out to the home. If I could put zero stars I would. The receptionist is extremely rude. We were late on payment(our bill was emailed to us, so honestly we simply forgot about it) then had a baby and there was no patience or compassion for us to pay the bill. Our bill is all paid but we won't be hiring them again. They treat their customers like trash!
