Where do I begin. This place is amazing, stupendous, awesome!!!! They treat each and every person with kindness and respect. I always feel good when I am there and they are so kind and professional too. They are also the only eye care place in Holland Michigan that takes just about every medical insurance there is,... including Medicaid and Medicare. Trust me,you won't be disappointed with West Ottawa eye care.
My lady is normally the best there 💕 she always take such good care of us and any situation we may have. I appreciate her and our normal staff so so much!
My family and I have always had the best experiences at west Ottawa eye care. Dr. Hannah and Dr. Bill are very thorough and take their time with each exam. They also do a great job making the kids comfortable during the exam. Highly recommend!!!
Thank you and a really big appreciation to Dr. Totten and staff at Ottawa Eye Care. This is my second exam with this optometry and I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff is increasingly warm and welcoming. The care is the best I've ever received and procedures are explained thoroughly throughout the exam.
