We’ve been apart of Kindercare since my daughter was 6 months. She loves going and we love all the teachers and directors. I know I can trust them & they truly care about my child
Walking into the center the director and the assistant director were very welcoming and warm. The staff dressed very professionally as well as management. Teachers were engaged with their children , lots of smiles. Definitely a great place for your child/ children.
I am deeply concerned by the conduct of the director, Michelle, at this KinderCare. What I have witnessed is not only unprofessional but blatantly unethical. Michelle maintained a secretive and inappropriate relationship with another parent at the center. “Special” staff such as the assistant director Ashley was aware, and the family was deliberately kept in the dark, and, most concerning of all, Michelle shared sensitive information about other children with this parent, children who are not his, nor information this parent... read more
The Oswego West Kindercare location has truly made the daycare experience a pleasant one for my daughter. She really has blossomed since she’d attending… singing songs, counting her numbers, even eating more. The staff is so friendly and helpful, and they really engage with the kids. It’s such a warm atmosphere when you walk in. Ultimately, it was my daughter who made the decision to attend this daycare center; from the moment she set foot in the building, she was comfortable. This location receives top marks from me.
My daughter and her cousins go to this KinderCare and we have been happy with it. My daughter gets excited to see her friends and teachers. They inform us well of any events, updates and other communications. We will continue to go here and love it!
