They were absolutely AMAZING!!!! We are traveling from Arizona and my Sons wire and spring came out. They were so nice, fit us into a busy day, and helped us understand how to fix it if it happened again. We called all places in the area and no one wanted to help… without even giving it a second thought they helped us out. High recommend!!!!!!!
My daughter is happy with the care she is receiving at Dr. West's office. She says everyone in the back is really nice and gentle when taking care of her braces. However, the front desk staff are AWFUL. Unreasonably aggressive and down right mean. We have had to reschedule our daughter's appointments a couple times, and the woman answering the phone spoke to me as though I were doing something wrong by keeping my daughter home when she was sick. Dr. West saved the day! We were visiting Truckee and about to send our daughter off to camp when one of the wires on her braces came off. Dr. West and his friendly staff made time for us to come in on extremely short notice and expertly addressed the problem. If we were Truckee locals, we wouldn’t hesitate to use Dr. West for all our orthodontic needs. He truly goes above and beyond.
Dr. West and his team made my invisalign journey so smooth and easy! I was feeling subconscious about my overbite and it seemed to be getting worse as the years progress, and although I went in as an adult to work on my overbite, the results were truly amazing! Really grateful for the care and treatment I received from Dr.West and his team!
Squeezed me in on short notice and fixed me up lighting fast for a bargain. And I wasn’t even an existing patient. Super grateful!
