WOEC is the worst power company in the North West. Thy spent huge amounts of money for a building that is closer to a palace then an office. It is made of the nicest finished woods and materials that are the most expensive they could find. They wasted the Co-0pps money when we already pay twice the average Co-Opp rate in the NW.
