I’ve been visiting West Orange Women’s Care for a few years now and this visit I had Holly and Sarah for the first time. I was there for my women’s wellness exam. I always get very overwhelmed during the exam and they were so kind and made me feel comfortable and safe. They answered all my questions and made me feel cared for. Thanks again for making a difficult day a little easier.
Wonderful place and amazing human qualities. I have a great opinion from the whole personal that work in there. In special Shereen I Oloufa. MD. She answered all my question and show interest and care about my situation. It is not a better place to go that west orange women's care.
My first visit was so great but unfortunately my experience from there was not good. Dr. Oloufa took her time and answered all of our questions during the first appointment. Jenna, who does all ultrasounds, is amazing! The front desk staff was always polite. All following appointments I waited 30-55min even with set appointments and always arriving early. But I understand sometime can’t always be controlled. The nursing staff when you call in, was nothing but negative. They could care less about you or your concerns.
I had three in person appointments with Dr. Oloufa and while she is a wonderful doctor, I can’t put up with the rest. I waited 45 minutes to an hour for every appointment. My first appointment there, I had to go in the hallway and let them know that I had to leave to pick my kids up in 20 minutes so then I was rushed through my first appointment while no one was prepared to see me or had looked at my chart.
