My husband has been seeing Dr. Mandry for quite a few years. Yesterday, November 5th he received a call that they would not be taking his insurance any longer as of his next appointment which is next week and if he'd like to pay out of pocket he would be more than welcome to do so. I think this is very unprofessional. They should have given way more time to allow him to find another doctor. Amazing doctor and stuff, highly recommended
TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TEAM. The receptionist Michelle is especially rude. Apparently l have to call under*67 for them to not send me to voicemail??? I've been calling since March 7th for my medications. I've left vm after vm with nothing in return. It wasn't until I dialed with *67 they actually answered me!!! Very poor/ immature practices happening here.
To all in the research group, You are amazing! Thank you for making me feel like family.
