I recently had an antique runner cleaned that had been in our family for decades. I expected some improvement, but not to this extent. The Antique rug cleaning removed years of built up dust while preserving the aged appearance that gives the rug so much character. It now looks well cared for rather than simply old.

We used them for Oriental rug cleaning after our basement flooded and damaged two Wool runners. The rugs smelled musty and looked terrible before cleaning. They picked everything up quickly, dried the rugs correctly, and cleaned them thoroughly at the warehouse. When the rugs returned, the odor was completely gone and the colors looked refreshed again.

Viscose rug cleaning can be tricky, but they handled my rug with care and expertise. They explained the process in detail and made me feel confident leaving it with them. The rug came back clean without any damage, which was my biggest concern.
