The staff is amazing. The establishment is so clean. After over a year of being in pain from rheumatoid arthritis, and no medication helping, I've been able to stay running again after doing cryotherapy.
The owners are very friendly and the facilities are very clean. The atmosphere is relaxing & calming. First Class recommendation.

It was cold! I’m training for a half marathon this spring in KC, so I wanted to try it. So far, my legs feel great! My long run is tomorrow and I’m looking forward to it.

I love Cryotherapy! It has helped me tremendously! I am an athlete and I wake up the next day and feel refreshed full of energy.
