Top notch service. Seriously. I can't find size 15 boots to save my life. I stopped in and talked to John for a while two weeks ago and he sized me up. "I'll see what I can find" he said. I thought "heard that before". He called me back the next day and told me he found two pairs of Lucchese cayman hornback. Long story short, I bought both and LOVE THEM!!!
