This place messed up my Cadillac the owner put the jack under my car in the wrong place. It bent the door away from my front fender on the drivers side that also shifted the passenger side door. He charged me $30.00 then as I was talking to my Ins. Co. He was yelling at me saying my car was this way when I came there, and that he's worked on Cadillac's many time's. what a joke – i would suggest going to train ave for used tires rather than going to west of cleveland tires. the owners have alias names and dont even put the right size tire that you request on your car. the owner also is a disrespectful arab. the way he treated his employee in my presence will prohibit me from returning. the only reason i did not sue that s o b was the long haired worker who corrected the problem for me. i drove past there the other day and noticed that they have a new employee. i am glad to see the long ... read more
