Started living here this year and it's been a joy thus far. Great location, super close to the red line and plenty of good restaurants in the area. The gym is fantastic and so is the system that's setup for package pickup. Christine was great in getting me all setup when I first moved in and has been super helpful with any questions and concerns I had after move-in as well. Maintenance also gets a big plus for me. I've had several maintenance requests since I've moved in and they're always resolved swiftly within 24-48 hour... read more
Excellent apartment
Amazing property! The team here is very professional and extremely helpful. great location and near the train. love it here!!
We have been at WOC for over a year and have enjoyed living here. It is located close to the Quincy Center redline and has easy access to Boston without being in the city. No problems with mail or packages. Decent gym. Maintenance is responsive and does a great job. Will typically fix things quickly and are friendly. I recently had a positive experience with maintenance employee, Sazan. Always helpful and friendly.
Sazan the maintenance man was so lovely and kind. He fixed the issue my partner was having with his door quickly and when I asked him to fix the bathtub as well he did it at the same time!
