I came in very late about an hour before closing needing treatment. They were quick and professional and took great care of me.
I was going to WestOaks before it became Village.. smh I felt rushed, she was rude, and just treated me like a number. Told me one thing and logged something different. Won't be going back.. Wish he hadn't sold the practice.
Incompetent doctor!! The way she was going about things, I dont think shes ever dealt with a baby, or a head gash, or wound glue. She acted like she didnt know what she was doing throughoutthe whole thing. Im the one who had to suggest using wound glue, because she seemed to think the only options were do nothing, or stitches. I came here early on a Sunday morning and I happened to be the only one there , I was honestly nervous to go to urgent care but Dr.Juan was so sweet and didn’t at all make me feel embarrassed and even embraced my YouTube diagnosis. I’d definitely come back in the event of another emergency he only had one person on staff at the time and she was just as sweet !
