I had my first appointment today with Dr. Kathy Payson. The office is beautiful, the staff were very helpful and Dr. Payson was incredibly nice, listened to my concerns and was very informative! (My gyn of 40 years, the only one I ever went to since I was 16 years old, retired). I can clearly see myself as a patient in this office for the next 40 years too.
Great physicians and staff. So glad I found this office! I went for my second pregnancy and felt like family by the end.
This office has great staff and Doctor Gruskin is a pleasure. The office staff always works with me to schedule an appt that works with my work schedule. The doctor is detailed and friendly. This office is everything I've been looking for in an OB Gyn office - friendly, courteous, respectful. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a great OB Gyn!!
I wish I could give less then 1 star!!! Warning: Abby the Office Manager is nothing but a liar and the most unprofessional woman you will ever deal with. It all started last summer, the doctor saw me and was going out of town. I was told my results would be given to me in a few days. I never received a call, so I called. I was told by the office all results were normal. Then a few days later, I received a call stating they had my results. I told the girl I already called them. Have only been seen by a nurse practitioner -- was very nice. But the staff leaves much to be desired. Rude. Abrubt. Not worth the poor treatment. And forget ever trying to get a doctor or nurse call you back. They will not.
