Never got a response from office manager, called and left messages since last year. They are not trying to resolve any issues!
Be careful of this place when you move out! We were not told that we needed to bring the prorated rent to the office with a cashiers check until asking about the prorated amount… the entire rent was posted online that it was due. They also demanded it was due and late on the 4th without even telling us the process!! At the final walkthrough before move out, they were late and went to the wrong house. My wife put in a request to have the air filter changed and the manager had the nerve to call her and say we need to show medical documentation that we can’t change the air filter. Mind you we’ve been staying here almost 2 years and neither one of the maintenance men that they have had has came and showed us how to change an air filter. So I guess once the air stops working, they’ll come fix that. Ridiculous.
Kristi was wonderful. It was a pleasure to meet her. She answered all our questions and was very helpful.
