I lived in West Oak Trace for a little over 2 years. And when I moved out I was charged for repainting my whole house as well. Normal wear and tear condition. Funny thing is real paint wasn’t even on the walls. It was a very poor and cheat paint spraying job. My experience in the community was good though. The moving out process is very sticky so be careful.
My partner and I are in the process of moving into West Oak Trace, and I felt compelled to leave a review because of how incredible our experience has been—especially with the property manager, Kristie.
