While I canceled my sons membership they charged me for the month, and they will charge for the next month too, but the girl said her name "Camy" I am not sure it's her right name and "Amenda" she introduced herself as a manager they kick out my sons from gym on 09/24/2025 without any reason also said lie about my sons and said "they are rude" that's all heart breaking Finally Amenda said you can send your son, but I don't feel safe and secure for my sons there at this currepted gym management staff.
The girl said her name "Camy" I am not sure she said her right name because they always saying lie she was rude and argumentative. She scammed me. They charged us, but didn't let my guys to use gym.
I wish there was a zero star option. Disrespectful staff especially "Amenda".
I recently joined West O Fitness and visited the Maple location. I’m very grateful for Cami’s help!! She was a joy to work with and seamlessly guided me through the process. I love my West Omaha gym membership; especially the sauna!!
