I have been working out at West O Fitness for the past 6+ months. The facility is great and I love the extra tanning and sauna options. I was assisted today by Brittany when I had an equipment issue and she was incredibly helpful. Recommend this gym and this employee!!!!
Great gym
Even during rush hour you can usually get on the machine you want. If not it tends to be only a 5 minute wait or so even with machines being blocked for Covid. I've been to Lifetime, PF, Genesis, etc. And West O tops all of them. It may have limited luxuries but it has what matters for people wanting to drop pounds or gain muscle mass or even just pose for that next instagram picture. Clean facility. Clean, not too busy. Polite, friendly staff. I love that this is open 24 hours a day.
I moved so I have to mail in a letter to cancel. They gotta change that… I should be able to cancel by phone or the website???!!!???
