I needed an antibiotic for a sore throat. They gave Tylenol for fever and immediately xrayed my chest. Good so far, then the waiting started. There were 9 people ahead of me . In 4 hours they only processed 6 of those people. I finally had to leave without receiving treatment. Either there was no doctor in the department or the doctor that was there was extremely incompetent. Six people in 4 hours? Ridiculous!!!

Staff was rude and unprofessional. Was in a serious car accident and the doctor didn’t ask a single question. Just looked at the X-rays and said take some Tylenol. Meanwhile I had 7 separate injuries from the accident. The reception staff was rude and acted like they didn’t care, snatching my health card from my hand and asking personal questions in the waiting room. i waited 13 hours in emerg. 13 hours just to get blood taken and to be read the results.

All of the staff were super helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly! I got into x-rays right away and didn’t have to wait long for anything. The ER was super clean and the set up is easy to navigate (even on one foot). I had a much better experience here than North Bay and would 100% recommend coming here if you’re between the two and you have the choice.
