If I could give a 0 I would. They took my purse, went though it. Stole $100. I contacted the appropriate people. And they stated that no one went in my purse. I was treat less then nicely. Dogs are treated better then I was. Unfortunately because I live in Sturgeon. Im forced to return there when my illness flares up again. They should do something about the way they deal with people. Lisa, Lynn and Mel are amazing ppl. They are always kind. The rest should go back to school!!!

There is something seriously wrong with this hospital and the staff that works the ER. I arrived at 3pm and was not seen until 10pm and there was only three people ahead of me in the waiting room. One was a 92 year old woman and she had waited nearly 7hrs to be seen as well. Sturgeon has more then one doctor so there is no excuse for only having one work the ER room. Very disappointing when the front desk clerk in emerge makes you feel 2 feet tall infront of her colleague's for asking for a token to get your car out of the parking lot because you didnt have any money. You couldn't just do a good deed . No compassion. Why even work in a health care setting? Thanks for embarrassing me, Nicole.. I wont be back .
