Been waiting here for hours…just watching the staff walk slowly around the hospital like there aren’t patients in half the rooms. Had to literally inflame my wrist again in order for the doctor to actually see the issue im having from having to wait so long. I can barley close my wrist while the staff just walk around like sloths and flirt with other patients family members while im sitting in pain.

I’ve been waiting for 8 hours, which is completely unacceptable. I understand that emergencies can cause delays, but waiting this long without proper communication has been extremely frustrating. On top of that, the nurse never asked me about what medications I’m currently taking, which I feel is an important part of understanding my situation and providing proper care. Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience, and I’m extremely disappointed with the wait time and communication.

Sturgeonfall hospital unprofessional administer, staff and doctor waiting for 10hr at the emergency, nurses say doctors attending people with heart attack, it takes 10hrs to attend a heart patient, very bad hospital they should close if they cannot attend patient.

The staff at the ER at the Sturgeon Falls hospital, from the welcoming triage receptionist to the doctor and all the nurses, were professional, empathetic, and knowledgeable. They made me feel safe and comfortable during a stressful situation. They resolved my health situation in a few short hours. Highly recommended.
