my family has been coming here for years and what an awesome staff!! and environment, they are deeply kind and you can tell how much they care for you and your fur babies
We've been using this vet for about a decade now and have always had excellent care and advice. I will never forget how gentle and kind they were when I had to put my senior cat to sleep - it made the worst day a little bit easier.
Staff are amazing. Service is amazing. This place gives you the warm home feeling and not like a cold vet place.
By far, the whole team at West Niagara are an exceptionally compassionate and knowledgeable team. At various times, we have worked with three of the veterinarians at the clinic and each one (Dr Hardy, Dr. Jada and Dr. Luna)have taken the time to listen, and are always ready to offer “out of the box” solutions to our dog’s super complex health issues.
