This was my first time there and unfortunately had a very bad experience. To be fair, I can only speak for myself. I parked my car there and inquired about the length of the time it would take for inspection so that I could plan my time. The immediate response I got was anger, out of nowhere and I was taken aback. I was told in my face, "if you don't have time to wait, please leave. we don't want you here."
